Great Places Housing Group has appointed just over 100 contractors and consultants to its £1.5bn Innovation Chain North framework for the next four years.

Caddick, Countryside Properties, Lovell, P Casey, Termrim and Seddon were among the firms securing spots on the largest value lots in both the western and eastern regions of the north.

The ICN framework has been designed to support delivery of new homes across the north of England, not only to support Great Places’ affordable development programme but also other housing associations operating across the north of England.

Some 103 contractors and consultants were selected from the 206 that applied.

Key lot winners

  • Lot H1 West – Cumbria, Lancashire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Derbyshire West and Staffordshire
  • Lot H2 East – Northumberland, Tyne & Wear, Durham, North Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, East Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire East

Firms on high value lots will deliver schemes of 35 homes and above
